KIM KARDASHIAN Kris' Media Whoring Is Keeping Divorce Alive
Kris Humphries is the opposite of upset over his divorce from Kim Kardashian -- he's loving the attention ... so says Kim's lawyer.
Disso-Queen Laura Wasser appeared in court today, saying there has been no progress in settling the spoils over the 72-day marriage. Kind of ridiculous, since there was an iron-clad prenup in which Kris and Kim have all of their assets separated. Kris is challenging the prenup, claiming Kim defrauded him by allegedly tying the knot ONLY for TV ratings -- good luck with that.
Wasser told the judge ... media attention and Kris' personal feelings seem to be keeping the case alive. Translation -- he wants the publicity of a drawn-out divorce.
The judge said depositions are now fair game, which means Kim can now be deposed about her motivations for marrying the b-baller.
Wasser also said Kim will be requesting that Kris pay her attorney's fees if they have to go to trial on Kris' fraud allegations and she wins.
BTW, the judge mentioned there's a dispute over jewelry.
LINDSAY LOHAN Prosecutor REJECTS Hit-and-Run Case
Lindsay Lohan will NOT be prosecuted for allegedly committing a hit-and-run in Hollywood in March, because prosecutors say the accuser is full of crap.
We broke the story ... Thaer Kamal, the manager of the Hookah Lounge -- claimed Lindsay was driving when she struck him on her way out of a nearby club.
According to the L.A. County D.A.'s rejection notification, Kamal was a "non-credible witness" who changed his story and refused to cooperate with law enforcement. He refused, among other things, to produce the medical records he claims he had from his alleged hospital visit.
Cops also say the surveillance video shows "no collision."
We reported this morning the case was almost certainly going to be rejected, but the strong language from the D.A. even surprised us.
Stella McCartney visits Buckingham Palace to win the royal seal of approval for Olympic designs
Stella McCartney was apprehensive about the reaction that her designs for the Team GB kit would receive when they were unveiled amid great fanfare earlier this year. Sir Paul McCartney’s daughter was, however, even more nervous when she was summoned to Buckingham Palace this week.
Mandrake can disclose that the 40-year-old fashion designer attended a private meeting with the Princess Royal, who is the president of the British Olympic Association and is, of course, known for her forthright opinions.
The designs for the kit that that the members of the British team will wear at the London Olympics have been criticised for largely jettisoning the red in the Union flag. Palace officials refuse, however, to disclose what Princess Anne thinks of the outfits.
“Stella McCartney met the Princess Royal to show her the designs,” an official says of the tête à tête. “The Princess was pleased to see the uniform designs, but we do not comment on the content of these meetings.”
The Princess, 61, enjoys wearing the same hairstyle and some of the same dresses that she wore decades ago. In 2010, Denise L’Estrange-Corbet, a British-born fashion designer, hit the headlines when she criticised the Princess for being “boring” and lacking fashion sense.
L’Estrange-Corbet, who was a guest at a charity event in New Zealand attended by the daughter of the Queen, likened Anne’s hairstyle to “a cottage loaf”. The New Zealand Herald, for its part, reported that the Princess wore “an ill-fitting jacket in the unflattering shade of neon tangerine, with a matronly hair-bun set so rigid it appeared like a beret”.

'Classic Hollywood Movie Star' Scarlett Johansson Lands A Spot On The Hollywood Walk Of Fame
Scarlett Johansson was immortalized on Wednesday with her very own star on the Hollywood Walk Of Fame, right outside of Madam Tussaud's famed wax museum.
The Avengers star becomes the 2,470th celebrity to receive the honor; and she was joined by her sister, mother and grandmother at the unveiling, along with Avengers co-star Jeremy Renner, who she shares a lot of scenes with in the film, which opens Friday.
"This industry in which I was practically raised has been so impossibly kind to me," she said. "There's never a day where I go to set and don't thank my lucky stars to simply be a working actor."
Renner also spoke at the event, likening her to the stars of yesteryear.
"Scarlett is built like a classic Hollywood movie star," he said. "However, it is only betrayed by her no-nonsense attitude, her sharp wit and self-deprecating sense of humor that truly defines her alluring charm."
Scarlett recently spoke with Reuters about her experience filming The Avengers, revealing that the predominantly male cast was a little rougher with her than she expected.
She says, "If anything, the guys weren't as delicate with me as I thought they would be. They like to play hard and always dragged me along for the ride. I'd always come back with battle wounds. But they're a great group of guys. All of us got on so well."
A Beautiful Blonde Olivia Wilde Gets Glammed Up For Revlon Commercial
We spotted Olivia Wilde filming a new Revlon commercial in New York City yesterday. The newly blonde star strutted confidently down the street despite the drizzling rain.
The actress wore a white dress, beige jacket and matching booties. Her wavy blonde hair was light and bouncy, and she wore dramatic dark red lipstick.
Wilde recently confessed to British GQ magazine, "I was very sexually mature at a very young age. I was very comfortable with it and talking about it, and once someone hears a young woman speak candidly about sexuality, it's like, 'Whoa!' You get labeled."
She stars in several upcoming films, including "The Incredible Burt Wonderstone" about a down-on-his-luck Las Vegas magician (Steve Carell) who joins back up with an old partner (Steve Buscemi) to take on a new school illusionist (Jim Carrey).

Linda Evangelista wants big money from Salma Hayek's husband
Linda Evangelista is seeking child support from Salma Hayek's husband, Francois-Henri Pinault -- and she's not being shy about it. Does $46,000 a month sound sufficient?
"That would probably be the largest support order in the history of the Family Court," the judge in the case said, according to the New York Post. It would cover, among other things, a 24-7 nanny and armed drivers, Evangelista said last week in a deposition.
Pinault was recently identified in court documents as the father of Evangelista's 4-year-old son, Augustin James. Pinault and Hayek, who took a break in 2006 then married in February 2009, have a nearly 4-year-old daughter together, Valentina.
The supermodel conceived in early 2006, with the actress sealing the baby deal later that year after she and Pinault had reconciled.
Evangelista's lawyer argued that while Pinault had lavished more than $46,000 a month on Valentina's expenses and more, he'd not paid anything to support Augustin. Evangelista in 2007 denied rumors that Pinault was the father.
Pinault's family is worth $11.5 billion, the Post said. Pinault's lawyer said the model is worth more than $8 million and earned nearly $2 million last year. The court is expected to make its decision in a month.
Kate Upton: 3 days in the life of the 'cat daddy' video scandal
Poor Kate Upton. Can't a bikini-clad bombshell dance the "cat daddy" in peace?
The answer would appear to be no, judging by this week's controversy over a steamy shoot with fashion photographer Terry Richardson that had Upton taking a break from posing to show off her cat daddy skills.
In a video posted Monday to Richardson's blog Terry's Diary, Upton, on a break between shots, performs the cat daddy, a dance move made popular by the group the Rej3ctz and Chris Brown.
(It's only natural to get her in motion, as a 2011 video of Upton doing the Dougie made her a viral sensation and catapulted her to gigs including the 2012 Sports Illustrated swimsuit cover. But back to the Richardson shoot.)
Terry's upload of the clip to YouTube quickly hit big, thanks to the sheer, um, bounciness of its subject. Alas, it was removed by YouTube moderators on Tuesday, who cited a community guidelines violation, then restored Wednesday after a user outcry — after all, there's no nudity or wardrobe malfunction in the footage, just a lot of undulating Upton.
"With the massive volume of videos on our site, sometimes we make the wrong call,” a YouTube rep said. "When it’s brought to our attention that a video has been removed mistakenly, we act quickly to reinstate it."
And with it, they reinstate another classic in the Upton oeuvre, which you can check out below if you're not offended by a scantily clad, notably hot model in motion. Upton-mania includes an equally steamy Carl's Jr. commercial, a "Saturday Night Live" appearance and invites to high-profile soirees including Vanity Fair's recent White House Correspondents' Dinner after-party.
Long live the bikini.
Kelly Ripa Dons Skintight Catwoman Costume at TV Land Awards
Talk show host Kelly Ripa helped honor some of the small screen's most beloved programs at Sunday's TV Land Awards and went through quite a few outfit options before selecting her first on-stage look.
PHOTOS: TV icons then and now
"This is my second time hosting the TV Land Awards and I need something special…something classic yet fashion-forward," Ripa told style guru Carson Kressley during the show's opening segment, which featured her trying on looks to replicate iconic TV characters like Wonder Woman, Sue Sylvester, Tootie from The Facts of Life and even Daisy Duke.
In the end, Ripa, 41, selected a skintight Catwoman costume. "It's purrrrfect," she cooed during the bit.

Celebrating shows like In Living Color, Laverne & Shirley, Murphy Brown and others was an honor for the LIVE! With Kelly cohost.
"I love One Day at a Time," Ripa told The Huffington Post of the 70s sitcom about a single mom (Bonnie Franklin) raising two teenagers (Valerie Bertinelli and Mackenzie Phillips), which earned the Innovator Award. "I used to wear my hair in two braids and Valerie Bertinelli had that flouncy hair. That's all I wanted was flouncy hair. Before my mother would get a chance to braid it, I would comb it to the side and pretend I was Valerie Bertinelli."

FOX's sketch comedy In Living Color, Ripa says, helped her shape her trademark sense of humor that so many viewers have come to love on morning TV.
"In Living Color is sort of the reason I have the sense of humor I have," she said. "I religiously watched that show and it really moved me. It spoke to me."
